Blood Orange & Rosemary Semolina Cake


We love the texture of semolina/almond meal cakes. This one’s made even better with the use of whole blood oranges boiled until tender and then pureed. We then soak the cake in a rosemary-orange syrup so it ends up super moist. So, so good.
