Brown Butter & Sour Cream Walnut Crumb Cake

This one’s for you. This cake has a fine, moist crumb thanks to the sour cream, and it has a streusel-y middle and topping with lots of toasted walnut crunch that works so well with all those sweet, warm flavours of browned butter and vanilla bean. The decorative glaze on top simply takes it to another level.
